SILVERBACK SWEAT
Our 35 minute classes (SILVERBACK SWEAT) use a combination of dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, med balls, and so much more. Each person will have their own personal bench to assist and enhance their workout. We will start with a short warm up, move into a 30 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout, and finish with a short cool down. All of our sessions are led by certified instructors who are excited to sweat and connect with each of you.
Whether you’re a fitness novice or a seasoned athlete, our scalable programming ensures everyone finds their challenge.
