Hi friends! I’m Coach Jess and I am the owner and one of THE TROOP’s certified instructors. Fitness has been a part of my whole life and I love any and all activities that involve moving your body. Want to climb a mountain? Looking for a teammate for Hoopfest? What about a skiing partner (snow or water)? I am your girl!!

I am SO excited to start this next chapter with all of you and I hope the SILVERBACK SWEAT is your new favorite workout ✨

Hey, it's Coach Theresa. Instructor by day, ER nurse by night!

I'm the loud one who doesn't need the Mic but will wear it anyway to make sure you can hear me in the back!

I have a passion for heavy lifting, good form, and rounding it all out with a light stretch and affirmation. I am a firm believer that what we do here is as much for mental well-being as it is for physical health.  Complete body and mind work.

Can't wait to meet you all. I am so happy to have you joining us!

KENDRA LIPSCOMB

Hey, I'm Coach Kendra! Ultrasound is my real job and coaching at THE TROOP is my fun job that keeps me sane.

I'm a huge advocate for making everybody and every body feel comfortable and confident as soon as they enter our space. Training for life’s every day challenges, not just for functional fitness and to look good.

I like to integrate cardio with moderate - heavy lifting to get the most out of your muscles. If you love burpees and split squats, there's no way you won't love me too!

I am here to help you recognize your individual health goals, and cultivate a plan to get you there. Working out is more fun with a sense of community and fellowship, and I can't wait to welcome you to ours here at THE TROOP.

Hi everyone! I’m Alli and I am THE TROOP’s very own Certified Nutrition Specialist! I am also a Gonzaga University graduate, where I earned a B.S. in Engineering Management.

I think maintaining your health is so important, and the food we choose to put in our bodies plays a crucial role in our overall well-being. At THE TROOP, I strive to help members achieve their wellness goals by providing them the tools necessary to make positive, healthy choices in regards to food. 

I am also the proud sister of our owner, Jess, and I am excited to promote a healthy lifestyle alongside her and the rest of our team! 

JAMIE GOODMAN

Hey there, I am Coach Jamie. I am a full-time high school counselor and have been in education for the past 27 years.

I am passionate about fitness and what it does for your mind and body. Working out and eating right isn’t just about physical changes, it affects you mentally and emotionally as well. I have always been somewhat healthy and active, but 4 years ago, I started on my own journey to really take my health and wellness to the next level. I didn’t want a new fad or temporary weight loss; I wanted it to become my lifestyle. As I continue on my own journey, I have been inspired to help others in their journey to be healthy. In my spare time, I compete in Spartan races and also competed last year in a fitness competition, so I have a lot of expertise in different areas of fitness.

This is my first experience coaching and I am beyond excited to work with all of you. I love the community feel of group fitness and I hope to help each and every one of you on your goals to living a healthy lifestyle.
