Q: Do you have Healthcare, Military, Educator, or Student discounts?

A: Yes! Reach out to hello@thetroopfitness.com to receive a discount code.

Q: Do I have to book a session in advance?

A: Yes, all sessions must be booked ahead of time. Booking closes one hour prior to each sessions start time.

Q: Is there any penalty for not showing up to a session that I booked?

A: There is a $7 “No Show” fee if you do not attend a session that you booked. Bookings can be cancelled up to 1 hour prior to session start, free of charge. Bookings and “No Show” fees are in place to ensure as many people as possible can attend a session while still having enough equipment for everyone!

Q: Is the 5:15am ZOOM session available to view later in the day?

A: Yes! You can attend the 5:15am session live via ZOOM, or you can workout with us asynchronously by watching a recording of the session later. Links to ZOOM recordings will be emailed around 7:00am each day to all of our Unlimited Members.

Q: Do I have to book ZOOM sessions in advance?

A: There is no need to book ahead of time for ZOOM sessions— just hop on ZOOM a few minutes before the session starts and you will be good to go! *Available for Unlimited Members only.

Q: Are kids allowed at THE TROOP?

A: No one under 10 is allowed on the Blue Mats.

A: Kids 10-12 can workout for free if they are accompanied by an adult AND there is space available in class (Adult and Child must sign waiver before working out).

A: You are welcome to bring your younger kiddos to class (Under 10) but they must stay in the front waiting area due to safety concerns. Please ensure your kiddos are well behaved and not a distraction as we want all of our members to have a good experience at THE TROOP.
